You have to stay in shape. My grandmother, she started walking five miles a day when she was 60. She's 97 today and we don't know where the hell she is.

The TMAC stand at the Braintree District Council "Community Day Of Action" working with the council, putting something back into the community.
We had a competition, most kicks on a kick shield with prizes for the winner.
