Do you feel Martial Arts has influenced your personal life in any way?
In every way; I can attribute all that I am to Martial Arts.
Do you have any views on how Martial Arts is perceived?
It’s probably quite intimidating for some to pursue a life in Combat Sports. However, you don’t have to be Bruce Lee to enter a Dojo. Martial Arts instructors have a responsibility to foster a welcoming and supportive environment, where everyone can practice and learn safely.
Training in any Martial Art will not only teach you how to fight and defend yourself, it will also offer you a multitude of benefits, including physical fitness, discipline, confidence, flexibility and mental well-being.
Do you have any other interests?
I read a lot and I like to cook.
What are your current goals?
I want to make sure that as many kids as possible have access to my classes, as Martial Arts can play a significant role in the development of their confidence, health and discipline.
