Some exciting news - we are bringing to new classes to the Centre in September!
On Wednesday mornings we will be holding a FREE Senior Citizens self defence and fitness class. This will run from 11.00am till 11.45am. Just come along to the Centre to meet some like minded people, increase your fitness and learn some self defence moves at the same time - for FREE!
After the Senior Citizens class we will running a H.I.I.T. class from 12-12.30pm for local people to come and have a quick but effective workout in their lunch hour. The first class will be FREE and after that just £6 per session.
