Well done Ladies!

Great effort, technique and understanding by our self-defence ladies at the Centre.

Concentration was on the defences to the statistically proven most common attacks on females.

Handouts of the data were provided including the links to @sixsightco and @asphalt_anthropology for awareness education tips.
