Free ladies self defence class

Today saw 26 ladies, most attending for the first time, attending our Free ladies only self defence and awareness class.

An excellent turn out and great interaction.

Handouts were provided including which websites to check for statistics with advice on surroundings, confidence, awareness and defences against most common attacks.
