Well done Abbie in her performance at the Karate England Championships this weekend!!
An excellent bronze medal individual Kumite and a bronze medal in team Kumite!
Lots of points were won and she beat a very good World champion!
Not a bad haul considering she's been travelling around Thailand, Cambodia etc for months so, no training available just a couple of weeks preparation. What a fantastic couple of surprise medals!
