Potters Bar UKA Kyu Grade Competition

Today saw us take some of our Karate squad members to the Potters Bar UKA Kyu grade competition.

Some more excellent results:

Mayzie Lake - Gold medal in Kata (and she was the lowest belt in her group)

David Varhanyovszki - Gold medal in Kata (again, the lowest belt in his group)

David Varhanyovszki - Gold medal in Kumite (once more, the junior belt in his group!)
