Reschedule of Competition and Ladies Self Defence Class

Would you please note that in view of governments decision to extend the introduction of stage 4 of the Covid relaxing rules, we have decided to postpone our ladies self defence class on the 10th July and our children's competition on the 24th July.

We will still be hosting these but a little later in the year so the necessary contact required for the ladies self defence will be allowed and we can welcome spectators for the competition.

We will keep you posted.
